At Kawaii Knitties, the complete satisfaction of our customers is always top priority. Check out some of our

frequently asked questions below, and feel free to get in touch if you need additional information.

Are the items handmade? How long does it take to make an item?

Yes! I make all the items myself, and I am proud of it :) The amount of time it takes depends on the item; it varies from an hour (i.e., bows) to 8 hours (i.e., teddy bears).

What are the payment options?

We accept major credit and debit cards, and also PayPal.

If you reside in the Las Vegas area, pick up option is available too. Contact us for more info.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

If shipping within the United States, it should arrive within a week, and if shipping internationally, it may take up to a month from the shipped date. Thank you for your patience.

As we mentioned above, everything is handmade, and some are even made-to-order. We will do our best to send out orders in a timely manner. 

Where do you ship from?

All of our items are made in and shipped from Las Vegas, NV.

I need to cancel/edit my order...

If you need to cancel or edit your order, please email us at kawaiiknitties@gmail.com within 24 hours of your order. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything if the item has already been shipped.

Do you accept returns?

​​​​​​​We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Returns and refunds are only accepted if the item is damaged, or if we made a mistake to your order. If you need to process a return, please email us at kawaiiknittes@gmail.com .

Can I request an item?

Of course! If there is an item you want that we don't carry, simply email us with a detailed description of your item; a picture will definitely help! We will do our best to make one for you.


Pricing will vary by the item, and a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit will count towards your final pay.
